Tiny Taco Meatballs (makes 4 dozen)
- 11/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 package of Taco Mix Seasoning (approx 11/4 ounces)
- Sea salt, pepper and crushed garlic to taste.
Mix all ingredients together and form into tiny meatballs. Place on foil lined baking pan and place about 4 inches under broiler (medium heat). Broil until brown and sizzling, turn to brown on all sides (Or bake 10-15 minutes in oven at 375°). Serve on toothpicks. Great finger food and kids love them.
