Packaging Notes:

  1. Most roasts weigh 2-3 lbs.
  2. Steaks come 2 to a package.
  3. Ground Beef is approx 2lbs to a package.

Freezer Space:

On the average, 1 cubic foot of freezer space will accommodate 35 to 40 pounds of cut and wrapped meat, slightly less if the meat is packaged in odd shapes.

Typically, beef quarters take up about four cubic feet of freezer space, which is about 2 average sized shelves. If you are looking to increase your freezer capacity, check out chest freezers as the most inexpensive to purchase and economical to run.

Our beef is ready on a seasonal basis. We have a limited quantity of beef available. You will find that our All Natural 100% Grass Fed Beef has a rich and robust flavor not found in conventionally produced beef. Under our stewardship our cattle graze freely on open pastures and are raised under humane and stress free conditions.

We are currently taking Custom Orders for this year's 100% Grass Fed Beef. Placing your order online is our preferred method as we spend most of our day out and about on our ranch tending our cattle and various ranch related projects. 100% All Natural Gourmet Beef

Selections for ordering are:

Packages - All packages include an assortment of steaks, roasts, ground beef and stew meat. Packages are available in two variants: Package A contains more ground beef; Package B contains more roasts. Weights are not exact. Weights depend on the carcass size. Prices include cut, wrap and freezing. Final price is based on packaged weight of delivered beef. Prices do not include delivery, or shipping and handling.

  • Split Half - (approx 105 lbs @ $6.30 per pound ) - This is a quarter of beef that contains equal proportions of the cuts from the front to the back.
  • Half - (approx 210 lbs @ $6.15 per pound) - This contains all of the beef cuts from either the left or right side.
  • Whole - (approx 420 lbs @ $6.00 per pound) - This contains all of the beef cuts.

Organ Meats (depending on availability - sold on a first come first served basis)

Liver - $3.50 per pound
Bones - $8.00 per 5lb. bag
Tongue - $9.50 each
Heart - $9.00 each
Oxtails - $6.50 per each
Kidneys - $3.00 per pound
