Split Half - This is a quarter of beef that contains equal proportions of the cuts from the front to the back. (Approx 105 lbs) $7.50 per lb -

Half - This contains all of the beef cuts from either the left or right side. (Approx 210 lbs) $7.25 per lb

Whole - This contains all of the beef cuts. (Approx 420 lbs) $7.00 per pound

Ground Beef - Select number of packages you would like, bearing in mind they will weigh between 1.7 lbs and 2lbs per package, so 6 lbs of ground beef will give you 3 or 4 packages depending on their weight. (Approx 1.7 - 2 lbs per package) $5.95 per lb

Biltong, South African Style Jerky - This is a recipe from Hugo's grandmother that she used to make on her farm in South Africa. She had a butchery on the farm and folks came from far away to purchase the Biltong whenever she made it. Biltong is made from the Sirloin Tip and Round and is sliced thicker than traditional American style jerky. It has a great flavor and contains all natural ingredients with no MSG or artificial preservatives. It is the perfect snack for on-the-go and is a healthy snack for your children too. Boerewors, South African Style Barbecue Sausage - No Nitrates. No preservatives. Low in salt. This coiled sausage is easy to cook and combines a mix of our grass fed beef and All Natural Pork. It is juicy and delicious with a distinct flavor We asked Hugo's grandmother, Ems, for her farm recipe here. Ems made this sausage for many years when they had a butchery on their farm in Africa. It was a local favorite and is a well known recipe among many Zimbabwians. Boerewors is pronounced bor-a-vors. It is well suited to all taste palates as it is not a hot spicy sausage, but is tasty and flavorful.

This sausage is intended for the barbecue and can also be pan fried or roasted in the oven (do not boil). Cooking Instructions.
