I barbecued a Rib Eye over coals from a small fire of Madrone , Fir, and Alder woods. I cooked up beautifully with salt and pepper only. This was money well spent. Oh, did I mention tender."

We do offer free local delivery to your home or business. Free delivery covers Ferndale, Eureka, Arcata, McKinleyville, Fortuna, Blue Lake and surrounding areas.

We ship orders with UPS on Mondays or Tuesdays only. Orders are shipped in insulated boxes with appropriate ice packs or dry ice. Orders are sent 2^nd Day Air or 2 day ground if you live close enough, driver released - no signature required. This means that your packages will be left at your delivery address at a specified location. We do not ship orders until you have approved your invoice that shows full cost of your order and includes the shipping charges. Your invoice will be emailed to you for approval. Approval by phone is also acceptable.

You can visit the UPS web site and enter your zipcode and get an approximation of shipping costs based on weight of your order. Generally add 6lbs for packaging weight.
