Basic Hamburger (4 servings)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
Mix all ingredients together and form into 4 patties. Either pan fry with 1 tablespoon olive oil, broil or grill.
Do not flatten patties with spatula, knife or brick during cooking (this causes all the natural juices to escape), then your hamburgers will end up dry and taste like the brick you used.
